What happens during my first visit?
Your first visit includes a complete health history, thorough consultation with the doctor, physical examination, orthopedic and neurological testing, and X-rays if clinically necessary. About 80% of our diagnosis comes from asking the right questions. We'll explain our findings and create a tailored treatment plan based on YOUR specific condition - not a preset number of visits. If treatment is appropriate, we may begin with a gentle first adjustment (we always explain everything before we do it).
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We accept most major health insurance plans and work with auto insurance for car accident cases. For personal injury cases (car accidents), treatment is typically covered by auto insurance with no out-of-pocket cost to you. We also accept workers compensation cases. Our staff will verify your benefits and explain your coverage before treatment begins so there are no surprises.
I was in a car accident. How soon should I come in?

We track your progress with measurable goals - pain scale improvements, ability to perform daily activities, range of motion - and adjust your plan accordingly. We recommend what's clinically appropriate, not what maximizes revenue.
